Thank you for choosing to adventure with us. We are committed to delivering meaningful, responsible, and well-organized experiences. As with all travel and ocean-based activities, some things are outside of our control. These Terms & Conditions are here to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone involved.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each trip is priced as one complete package, covering boat, fuel, crew, guide, and operational costs for the day.

By completing payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount and acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

If for any reason you decide not to participate in part of the booked experience (for example, choosing not to join the second dive due to fatigue or seasickness), the trip price remains unchanged. Operational costs are fixed once the trip departs.

In special circumstances such as verified medical issues, equipment malfunction, or extreme weather affecting safety, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future dive. Credits are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.

All payments are final and subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy
​
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are structured as follows:

7 days or more before the trip: 100% refund

3–6 days before the trip: 50% refund
-
Less than 48 hours before the trip or no-show: No refund
​
Refunds apply only to cancellations made in writing via email or WhatsApp confirmation.
No refunds can be given for:

Late arrivals
-
Early departures
-
Seasickness
-
Illness or injury
-
Missed dives after departure
-
Weather conditions that do not prevent the trip from operating
​
If we cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, operational issues, or other reasons on our side, you will be offered either:

A 100% refund, or
-
The option to reschedule

3. Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

All trips take place in natural environments and depend on weather and sea conditions.

In the event of adverse weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, mechanical issues, or other force majeure events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel activities for safety reasons.

If a trip proceeds but dive sites or conditions are altered due to safety considerations, no refund is applicable.

If a trip cannot proceed at all due to safety concerns, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

4. Travel Insurance

All guests are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Diving and adventure activities

Cancellations
-
Delays
-
Medical treatment
-
Emergency evacuation
-
We do not provide insurance and are not responsible for costs arising from lack of coverage.

5. Responsibility & Liability
​
For diving activities:

Divers must present valid certification prior to participation.
-
All guests must complete and sign a liability waiver and medical declaration form before diving.

You confirm that you are physically fit to dive and not under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met. In such cases, standard cancellation terms apply.
We are not liable for acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party providers. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

6. Business Model & Transparency

We believe in doing business fairly and sustainably.

We pay our local service providers in full to support responsible tourism and community livelihoods. A commission is included in our pricing to cover:

Trip coordination

Marketing

Operational management
​
By booking with us, you are supporting sustainable tourism in Sumbawa.

7. Health & Safety

You are responsible for assessing whether a trip is suitable for your physical and mental condition.

If you have medical conditions, dietary requirements, or require special arrangements, please inform us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

No refunds will be issued due to undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward local communities, staff, fellow travelers, and the natural environment.

We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior compromises safety, dignity, or the experience of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Agreement

By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Liability waver
-
Our liability waiver and medical declaration form must be signed prior to participation in diving activities. A copy will be provided upon booking confirmation.
