DIVE & SURF ADVENTURE

Seriously salty
Where? Kertasari, West Sumbawa
For who? For adventurous souls who value raw nature, sustainable travel, and genuine connection. Those traveling solo, with a friend, or as part of a group. If you’re curious about diving, excited to go surfing, and want to experience Sumbawa’s lush beauty without the crowds, this camp is for you.
Our laid-back Kertasari base camp sets the scene for waves, reefs, and real connection. You’ll leave with sea-soaked hair, serious tan, and a whole new crew of new friends.
If you come in a group, we keep them small on purpose (max 8); we want you to get a full experience rather than wait for your turn in line. We are about the unique, tailored experience. Always.

Example of an itinerary (it's all up to you though, this is just an idea of how your stay could look like)
Day 1 – Arrive & vibe
Land at your accommodation and get settled. Explore Kertasari island-style: Enjoy a sunset dinner, hangout at the surf shop, maybe take part in a beach bonfire.
Day 2 – Diving Kertasari sites
Early morning boat trip to our dive sites in Kertasari. 2 boat dives and surface interval on a classic sail boat, followed by a beach lunch at our beach cafe.
Post dive yoga, beach hang or a massage. Dinner at the beach, or perhaps mountain side overlooking the bay.
Day 3 – Diving & island hopping
Early morning drive to Poto Tano. 2 boat dives, snorkeling, surface interval on one of the islands. Grrreat picture opportunities on this day!
Day 4 – Wave chasin’
Surf mellow, uncrowded waves with the guidance of our local surf guide. Kertasari has several breaks to choose from, and depenging on your skill level, and conditions that day, the guide will take you out on the best ones.
Post surf yoga and taco night.
Day 5 - More surf & beach
Hone the skills learned the day before, or just keep on cruising on the waves and follow the confidence you've gained.
Drink coconuts on the beach, take part on a beach clean, go to a village tour, or learn how the traditional fabric, tenun is weaved by hand by the local women.
Day 6 - Breakfast and one last morning surf (if you so wish)
Pack it up and be on your way! Or perhaps you want to stay? We don't blame ya. Let us know and we'll sort you out. ❤️

01.
Travel with integrity
Our business is grounded in values based on fairness, transparency, and sustainability. We collaborate closely with local community projects and educational projects, protect our marine environment while guiding you to authentic experiences far from performative tourism.
Our business is based on the values of regenerative tourism, or the camp site rule: Leave a place better than you found it.
02.
Worry not about logistics
...enjoy the road less travelled. Hidden gems stay hidden without local knowledge.
We’ve spent time getting to know the people, places, and rhythms of this coastline. You’ll dive sites few have touched, surf uncrowded breaks, and trek volcanoes most travellers never reach, with local insights to enrich it.
With our Adventure Planner service you save: Time + nerves + probably money too. You multiple ease of mind + quality time + good times.
03.
Connection & authenticity
We’re building an adventure base where you can land, breathe, and roam.
Think meaningful moments in the light of a beach bonfire, or debrief after a sick dive, or huddled up in a cosy gazebo listening to music and stories when the rain roars just inches away…
We're your home, weary traveller.
