For who? For adventurous souls who value raw nature, sustainable travel, and genuine connection. Those traveling solo, with a friend, or as part of a small group. If you’re curious about diving, excited to go surfing, and want to experience Sumbawa’s lush beauty without the crowds, this camp is for you.

Our laid-back Kertasari base camp sets the scene for 5 days of waves, reefs, and real connection. You’ll leave with sea-soaked hair, serious tan, and a whole new crew of legends. Groups are small on purpose; we want you to get a full experience rather than wait for your turn in line. We are about the unique, tailored experience. Always. Min 4, max 8 people in an adventure group.

Itinerary at a glance

Day 1 – Arrive & vibe
Land at base camp and get settled. In the evening, we kick things off island-style: welcome dinner, bonfire, and bonding.

Day 2 – Diving Kertasari sites
Early morning boat trip to our dive sites in Kertasari. 2 boat dives and surface interval on the boat, munching away on home made sammies.

​

Post dive yoga & movie night.

​

Day 3 – Diving & island hopping
Early morning drive to Poto Tano. 2 boat dives, snorkeling, surface interval on one of the islands. Grrreat picture opportunities on this day!

Day 4 – Wave chasin’ 
Surf mellow, uncrowded waves with the guidance of our local surf guide. Kertasari has several breaks to choose from, and depenging on your skill level, and conditions that day, the guide will take you out on the best ones.

Post surf yoga and taco night.

​

​Day 5 - More surf & last night cosyness

Hone the skills learned the day before, or just keep on cruising on the waves and follow the confidence you've gained. Weather permitting will be in the water the whole morning.

​

Last night socials and pizza night. Bonfire & Bintangs. Goodbyes and plans to meet again.

​

​Day 6 - Breakfast and one last morning surf (if you so wish)

Pack it up and be on your way! Or perhaps you want to stay? We don't blame ya. Let us know and we'll sort you out. ❤️

What’s included?

 

• 5 nights’ accommodation at beach side base camp in Kertasari (private room, double bed. If you share a room, let us know and you'll get a discount)

• 4 dives with all gear and tanks included

• 2 days of surf board rental, 4 hours of surf guiding

• Car transfers and boat charters during the trip (after check-in, before check out)

• All breakfasts & local lunches, also on the day of check out

• Snacks (fruits, cookies, Nescafe/tea, water refill etc) 

• 1 pizza night, 1 taco night​​

• Transfers before check in, after check out. We'll happily arrange it for you, just let us know where you are coming from or going to, and we'll find you a ride.

• Scuba diving: Fun dives - 2 boat dives, half a day - 2 mil/pp

• Surf lessons & coaching: Lessons for beginners between 500k/lesson, guiding for intermediates 370k/90 mins. Both include board rental.

• Board rental only: 120k/day 

• Scooter rental if you want to drive one. 120k/day
